No. It is a focused conversation to understand whether an Executive Working Session is relevant, what it should cover, and whether KindLogic is the right fit.
Who should join the conversation?
Usually the person sponsoring the session, such as a VP, director, transformation lead, innovation lead, or another senior team leader who is already seeing AI questions surface across the organization.
Do we need to prepare anything?
A short summary of your organization's context, current AI questions, and any known governance or policy concerns is enough. Detailed technical documentation is not required.
What if we are still early in AI adoption?
That is often the right time to talk. Many organizations reach out when AI use is beginning to spread across teams but leadership structure, policy, and direction are still catching up.

How are sessions delivered?
