What we collect

KindLogic collects the information you choose to share through our contact form and direct email — typically your name, work email, organization, role, and a short description of what your team is working through. We collect this only so we can respond to your inquiry, determine fit, and arrange any follow-up conversation.

How we use it

We do not sell personal information. We use the information you share to reply to you, to prepare for any conversation we agree to have, and to keep a record of past inquiries so we do not duplicate work or lose context across communications.

We do not send marketing emails to inquiry contacts in our current setup. If that ever changes, it will be optional and clearly marked.

Where data is processed and stored

Form data is processed by Cloudflare Pages and may be stored in Cloudflare data centers in the United States. Email is delivered through standard email infrastructure and stored in our business mail provider. Both providers act as data processors for KindLogic.

Retention

We retain inquiry records for two years from the last interaction unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Active client and engagement records may be retained longer where necessary to provide ongoing services or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm the action taken.

Privacy Officer and contact

For privacy-related questions, data access requests, or deletion requests, email our Privacy Officer at privacy@kindlogic.ai.

For general inquiries, use the contact form or email hello@kindlogic.ai.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
